My diet and workout starts today. &lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;First let me tell you a bit about myself. Im currently a US Marine (Get out in 2 months) before boot camp I weighed 230 pounds and I thought that was bad... After boot camp I weighed 190 pounds and was very proud of myself, almost 4 years later im up to 271, tired of being embarrassed, health concerns and a little motivation from my wife, Im going to fix it. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;My diet will consist of Oatmeal or Shredded Wheat for breakfast, chicken salad (no dressing) or Ham sandwich on wheat for lunch and dinner. The beginning of this diet will be very bare, I will start to introduce a different variety of foods into this as I go along. I will try to keep the timing of my meals down as that is very important as well. I will be doing the 5 small meals a day, 3 main meals and a snack of an apple or almonds in between those.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;My workout will consist of the "Spartacus" workout featured in Mens Health Magazine.
